Answer: I know there's an African-American scholarship for Chicago tuition, but I don't know if you have to live in Illinois to receive it. Try going to websites such as fastweb.com, scholarships.com, or scholarshipexperts.com. There, you can create a profile and instantly qualify to start filling out some pretty wacky scholarships. Some such applications include making greeting cards, taking pictures to making a video. Others are essay submissions or just application forms. Give it a try :)
