Question: What is the required gpa for admissions to university of florida civil engineering program. (Graduate program) I am close to completing my Bachelor's at Florida international University.
Answer: The minimum is a 3.0 GPA but since the economy is in a deep recession and there are no jobs for Civil Engineers especially in Florida, there are many more people applying to graduate school so the competition to get in is getting tough. I wouldn't rely on getting in with just a 3.0 GPA. I would look at getting a 3.5 or higher to have a good chance at getting in.
