Am I doing enough for medical school?

Question: I am currently a sophomore. I'm a biochemistry major, with a 3.75 major right now.
I've already shadowed a physician this past summer for a total of 70 hours. My extracurriculars include: Habitat for Humanity, Pre-Med Society, Tri-Beta (biological honor society), Volunteer Resource Center, and Students against Genocide in Sudan. I have officer positions in Habitat and Pre-Med.
I've been an EMT for two years, but have not starting actually riding until this semester (long story)
I am also heading to Egypt for 3 weeks during winter break with my school to help out Sudanese Refugees.

Is there anything I'm doing wrong/could do better?

Thank you in advance!

Answer: I am a RN in a teaching hospital and I can tell you that you have already gone above and beyond what you need to. What you have done and continue to do will only make you look even better when it's time to apply. Keep up the good work!
