Question: I want to go to college for either computer engineering or web designing.
What are the best colleges for that in the UK?
I'm an American, but honestly don't care for America ..

The best of the best are Oxford and Cambridge but they're so hard to get into. York is a good uni, its in a nice area at least, and living expenses aren't so steep the further north you go.
