Program Detail : Survey and analysis of the main international institutions dealing with European security, including the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), the Conference on Security and Cooperation in Europe (CSCE), the Western European Union (WEU), and the European Community (EC). The survey will include selected challenges facing each organization, particularly NATO, and their relation to specific European countries and to U.S. foreign and defense policy.
