Program Detail : This course is an introduction to residential electrical systems. Students will learn common terms and definitions, residential services and their components, wiring methods and materials. Emphasis will be placed on the identification of proper installation techniques. Both electrical and building codes will be used to further understand actual installation and the relevant regulations. Students will learn how to locate incorrect installations, and to make recommendations, which can resolve problems.
