Program Detail : This course is an introduction to construction methods and materials used in residential building. This course includes "hands-on" practice to produce technical reports and identify construction techniques and problems based on the Canadian Wood-Frame House Construction Standards. This course references related application of pertinent portions of the National Building Code of Canada and defect recognition for residential structures.
