Description : These courses, Law and Its Administration (Parts 1 and 2), were adapted from the BC Parks in-service training course entitled 'Public Safety and Park Security'. Satisfactory completion of both courses is required for all persons appointed by BC Parks as Park Rangers under the Park Act and the Park and Recreation Area Regulations.BCIT offers individuals a choice of four possible routes for obtaining the required credit in these courses.1. Distance Education - completion of the following two BCIT courses: - PRKS 3110 Law and its Administration Part 1 - PRKS 3120 Law and its Administration Part 22. BC Parks in-service training. 3. Comprehensive examination (for college students only)4.
